"Boo-tiful" JELL-O Cups
Ingredients:
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
2 cups ice cubes
2/3 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping,
divided 8 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
How to make it:
1-ADD boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir 3 to 5 min. or until jelly is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in 1/3 cup Cool Whip until blended. Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
2- REFRIGERATE 30 min. or until firm.
3- DROP remaining Cool Whip by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts. Add chocolate chips for the eyes.

Spooky Cemetery Cake
What you need:
1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 cup ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
1/2 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs
1/3 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
6 Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
8 bars Cadbury Fun Treats (5 Cadbury Crispy Crunch, 3 Cadbury Mr. Big)
1 tube (120 g) white decorating icing
8 small candy pumpkins
How to make it:
1-HEAT oven to 350ºF.
2- PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake; cool in pan 15 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
3- SPREAD frosting onto top and sides of cake; sprinkle top with crumbs.
4- DROP spoonfuls of Cool Whip onto top of cake to resemble 3 ghosts. Add chocolate chips for the eyes. Decorate cake with remaining ingredients to match photo.

Apricot- Apple Cider
Ingredients:
1 gal apple cider
1 (11.5oz) can apricot nectar
2 cups sugar
2 cups orange juice
¾ cup lemon juice
4 (3in) long cinnamon sticks
2 tsps ground allspice
1 tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground nutmeg
How to make it: Bring all ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven; reduce heat, and simmer 10 mins. Remove cinnamon sticks and serve Hot! (Makes 21 cups)
Apple Bread
Ingredients:
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sour milk or orange juice
1 c. chopped cooking apples (no need to peel)
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
How to make it:
1- Preheat the oven at 350F.
2- In mixer, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
3-Combine flour, soda and salt.
4-Add to mixture and alternate with liquid. Add apples and walnuts.
5-Turn into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour.
